Hamsa Power Yoga is by far the most welcoming, powerful, and yet peaceful studio that I have ever been to. I leave feeling stronger and calmer, and love that the owners take the time to learn the names of all students. After moving further away, I am willing to drive 35 minutes for yoga because Hamsa is simply the best of the best. Thank you, Jamie, for the beautiful Yin workshop this weekend. You are a queen!
