• I had an amazing experience!!! It was my first ever spa treatment so I wasn't sure what to do and what not to. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions before, during and after the treatment. Medina was my aesthetician and she was exceptionally good at her job. She kept making sure I was comfortable with little things like the water temperature in the spa room or pressure while exfoliating my body. She explained to me all the steps in the treatment and the products she was using and their effects and benefits. I'm going to make it a monthly thing to get the treatments now. It was a relaxed and rejuvenating experience!! Other staff were friendly and professional as well!

• I had never had this before, but the lady up front was very nice and very knowledgeable of the business. She made me feel very comfortable. The lady that did my Brazilian Wax was very nice and even though it was a bit painful for the first time, she was still gentle as she possibly could be. Overall, the customer service was great! I will be back.
