This facial was made for those that suffer from seasonal allergies, tired and strained eyes, inflammation and congestion. This is then followed by an aloe and serum face mask. While this "ice" mask is infusing and working to decrease the amount of inflammation and heat in the skin, a face massage using cold therapy tools will be used. Nordic Spa Facial For Men: This facial was created for the gentleman in your life. During this facial, all the customization to your skin care needs is used, but the ingredients are different.

We will be using the woodsy aromas of Cedar, Spruces, and Fir as well as citrus and spices. A beard treatment is included during this facial as well. The beard will be cleansed, and then have a beard oil made to moisturize and tame even the wildest of beards. Steam will be applied to the face after the beard oil and face massage has finished. This will help the skin and beard to absorb as much of the botanical compounds as possible.

The facial will finish with one of our whipped facial balms, toner, and a cooling Onyx stone massage. The Cooling Onyx stone massage helps to cool the skin, minimize pores, and aid in deep absorption of the moisturizer.

Alone, the machine adds deep penetrating hydration, collagen activation, and blemish control. Welcome, during these classes, we will be imitating and taking on the Spirit of the five (5) Elements/Phases that make up the human body, the Earth, and even the Heavens. Beginning to each class we will go over the importance and correspondences to each of these Elements and how the Qi Gong can be used in daily life when they are invoked. Fire Dragon Meridian Qi Gong

Fire Dragon Meridian Qi Gong is a traditional practice of Qi Gong found in China, where you embody the Spirit of the Rising Dragon through internal alchemy. This form is used to work with the acupuncture meridians, allowing you to release stagnation in the body and spirit. By doing this, you will be able to bring the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies all together as one.

During these forms we will be using visualization and breathing techniques in balance with the physical movements. Through these we will become like the flames and sparks arising from a ceremonial fire and taking on the movements of the ancient Dragon. By doing this, we are stoking that internal fire, that we allow to burn out, to help melt away the “ice” that we have ignored and allowed to accumulate where love and light once was. This can either be in how we see ourselves, our peers, those around us, or anything that is out there. This then allows for the blockages in the meridians to be cleared, allowing for disease to be given a direction to leave our bodies and we open these meridians to allow for the smooth flow of the new Qi to course through us.

This practice uses the traditional alchemical process where Jing (essence) can transform into Qi, Qi will transform into Shen (Spirit), and the Shen will then return to the Emptiness.

Join us in this 3 part class in our Salt Room, as we all alchemically, connect to the Spirit of the Dragon. At the end of the class, each participant that completed all the classes will receive a Certification of Completion for Fire Dragon Meridian Qi Gong.

Please wear loose fitting, and comfortable clothing, as the elastic and constriction to the skin also causes constriction to the Meridians. Also, please refrain from any alcohol or nicotine right before the class, this is to ensure fresh Qi is allowed to build prior, during, and after the class. As we may be working muscles, that aren’t always given the attention that they deserve, you may feel some fatigue or soreness in these muscles, very much like post workouts. To help with this, be sure to drink plenty of water after the class, refrain from caffeine or alcohol, and a nice warm, salt bath is always helpful. Just try not to have it too hot, as sweating is a form of leaking Qi, and we want to make sure we keep in all the Qi we accumulated during our class.

Reiki Level 1 Attunement

This course is the first in your journey to becoming a Master Reiki practitioner. Level 1 has been broken up into three class, 2 hours each, to allow you time to digest what you have learned, practice, and be able to apply the knowledge during class and at home.

It will be from 10-6, with an hour break.

While certain focuses of each level are standardized, each Reiki Master will teach their classes a little differently. There are typically three levels of reiki training, each one is centered on the attunement that is given during that level of training.
The attunement is what makes Reiki unique from other forms of energy work. This ceremony, called Reiju (Ray-joo) in Japanese, is performed by the Reiki Master during each level to open and expand the main Chakras of the student's body, allowing universal energy, also known as Qi/Chi/Ki, to flow more freely and deeply through them. It's known to clear blockages in the body and can lead to significant energy changes. Many will undergo an intense period of self-growth following their attunements. The Master is passing Reiki energy off to the student, who will then possess it for life.

Level 1 is a practitioner's initiation into reiki and is open to everyone. The focus during Level 1 is to open the Chakras on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the cosmos through the Crown Chakra (found at the crown of the head). During Level 1, the student will focus on self healing, and using Reiki on themselves, while also learning to practice on family and loved ones. This helps the student to connect to the universal energy, and begin attuning their bodies to notice the vibrational levels. During Level 1 Reiki, the students will learn the history of Reiki, theory and practice, the Chakras, the Reiki "prayer", hand positioning, and the first three Reiki symbols that will be used during their attunement to enhance their ability to use them in practice.
After completing Level 1, the student will be asked to practice Reiki on a daily basis for the next 21-30 days to be able to be ready to move onto Level 2 Reiki. The text book will be given at the beginning of the first class, and will be used throughout the 3 Levels to Master Reiki. All additional information will be given during class to add to your Reiki binder (this too will be included in the class).
Optional classes will be offered to learn how to incorporate Crystals into your Reiki practice, as well as how to bless crystals, and knowing which ones to properly use. This will be an additional $125 and will include your first set of crystals. Feel free to bring in any crystals that call to you as well, and we can discuss their uses in Reiki healing.
Students should be dressed comfortably, with nothing too tight as to restrict the flow of energy within their bodies. It is also recommended to bring water (coffee, alcohol, nicotine, and recreational drugs should not be used prior to class). We will learn how to bless our water and foods with Reiki energy, to enhance the benefits of what we take in. Face masks and coverings will be at the discretion of each individual. This will have some hands on activity as well as distance work.
Payment plans can be made if you are unable to pay the $250 down. It will need to be paid in full before the end of the third class to be able to complete the course and receive attunements.

Reiki Level 2 (part 2)

This class is for those that have finished Reiki Level 1 and have received their attunements. Reiki Level 2 Intensive

This class is for those that have finished Reiki Level 1 and have received their attunements. This class will be hosted in the Salt Room and you will be learning about and how to use the first 3 Reiki symbols, distance and past life Reiki, a guided meditation to find your own sacred Reiki Symbol, more in dept knowledge of the 7 major chakras, and more. All material needed will be given out in class.

There will be a one hour lunch break, and class will end at 6 or earlier, depending on class size and questions.

Reiki Master Class

$375.00

This class is for those that have finished the first two Reiki courses. During this class, you will be learning the last of the traditional Usui Reiki Symbols, begin learning about new Chakras that have been awakening, how to pass attunements, and receive your Master Attunements and your Reiki Teacher Manual.

Class will be held in the Salt Room during a Salt Therapy session. There will be a 1 hour lunch break, and class will be until 6, unless we end early.

Spring Qi Gong - Working with the Liver

Here we are learning how to take all that Qi we cultivated and protected during Winter Qi Gong, and give it a free flow of direction. During the Spring Qi is moving upwards and out. We can see this in Nature, through the early blooming of Daffodils and the delicious sap rising in the Birch and Maples.

The techniques we will be learning consist of: Celestial Rise and Fall, Spinal Cord Breathing, Press Back to Banish All Illnesses, Shooting the Bow, and Enhancing Liver Qi.

When Liver Qi is deplete, constrained, or not going the right direction, we can may experience things such as: short tempers, irritability, not being able to let go and move on, not allowing to see other points of views or evolve, red eyes, tight and sore sinews, and much more.

Through these Qi Gong practices, we will learn how to calm our mind, and our Hun (the Spirit of the Liver), and to nourish and give the Liver Qi the right direction of flow.

Though this is a series, you do not have to take the first class to join the others. But, to get the certificate, all classes have to be attended. (Make up classes can be requested and scheduled.)

The class is $35 per class, or prepay for both classes for $60.

Yi Ji Ying Qi Gong

This form of Qi Gong that is dynamic and meant to Nourish the Liver Meridian and bring flexibility and nourishment to the tendons. It is believed to have been created by Bodhidharma, the founder of the Chan School of Buddhism in China, during the Northern and Southern Dynasties (420-589). This is a set of 12 movements.

Chakra Balancing Yoga

During this class we will be using various asanas (yoga poses) to help open and bring balance to the 7 Major Chakras. All material needed will be provided during class, but feel free to bring your own mat if you would like. This class will be held in the Salt Room during a Salt Therapy session. The class begins at 5:30 and will last an hour to an hour and a half, depending on class size and questions.

Class is taught by Joshua, our Esthetician who is also a Reiki Grand Master/Instructor, Qi Gong Instructor, and instructor for various other classes.
