Gwen was very thoughtful and patient. I had a lot of questions and had a very long, complicated story to share behind my worries and she listened to everything. She looked through my blood test results, offered advice on how to investigate the root causes of my issues, and gave great recommendations on hair care products to help improve my scalp. She gave me all the time I needed and before I left, she asked me to call again to update her on my progress as I improve my health and hair care. Loved her, and Halcyon Salon was such a beautiful place to be in!
