I liked the hairstylist knowledge and experience. Also like the products.
I really liked Jenny - she was easy to talk to and I feel like she understood what I wanted. She gave me a terrific haircut! She was able to connect my layers without sacrificing the length I've been working to achieve. The vibe of the salon is AWESOME (great music, fun personalities)! James was very personable and warm during my check-in, and offered me wine (what a winning combo)! The only downsides were that parking was a little challenging, and my hair color turned out darker than I wanted. I know it will lighten some after a few washes. I've never had Goldwell color before and my hair tends to grab color very quickly. I will go back and see if we can get the color formula worked out next time. :)
