• Because the overall quality of the service was great but I could’ve used more feedback of when my appointment would start roughly or when the lady would be available as I sat uncomfortably for a few minutes while the other salon ladies laughed and had a good time. Apart from this, it was a great experience and all staff was wonderful!!
