• Jen gets an 11. She is amazing. I have SEVERE anxiety when it comes to my hair and she was so considerate of that. The color and style she gave me were everything I had in mind plus made even better. But there was another lady who jumped in to help because jen had 2 of us at the same time. ( my fault I hadn't scheduled for color and asked to add it last minute which she was SO kind to let me) this other lady was very nice so I hate to complain, but she CLEARLY is not specialized in long tresses because after shampooing my hair she decided to try to remove a knot by RIPPING IT OUT. I have alopecia I cannot afford to have any more hair taken off my head. Darn near sent me into a panic attack. Seriously what professional rips out knots? If she had been the one doing my hair I would have never come back, but since she wasn't i will be sending all my rapunzels to jen for sure. It's impossible to find a hair artist who gets extreme long hair or unique coloring. Everyone usually just wants to cut it all off. She is a treasure you can never let her go!
