I made the mistake of trying to use a box hair color. I did this at 12 midnight on the day before performance. I called my daughter frantic Saturday morning six hours before I had to go sing. She immediately called. Ms Frenchie. Miss Frenchy could hear the distress in my daughters voice, and immediately told her bring your mom in now. I will make room and see what I can do. Not only did she put me in a chair immediately but she and the entire staff were kind, cordial, professional And supportive. She asked all the important questions and gave her professional opinion on what she would do and what could happen. This is very, very important to me the respect and the actual concern for my hair. Not only, did Miss Frenchy take her time. But, she explained every step of the process to me. Each staff member was kind and gentle with my hair and concerned about my time, because I had to sing later that day. Quite simply… She gave me perfection on my head. I am so pleased with the outcome. They have gained a cheerleader and a fan and a customer. I am grateful and impressed that I can go in my neighborhood and get this type of service\quality service. Thank you to Miss Frenchy and her staff. I am forever grateful.
