The owner of the shop and the whole staff is always courteous and kind when you walk in. They care for you, offer you refreshments, and generally just make sure you're okay during your weight. You usually get started pretty quickly if you have an appointment and they seem willing to schedule or take care of you to the best of their ability even if you walk in. They handle your hair with care and listen to your concerns if you have any or questions if you're new to things. It's been a couple of years for me so I feel this wholeheartedly.
