Overall, my first experience at Hai Vyce was great. The staff that I spoke to on the phone to schedule my appointment was so kind and willing to answer questions. Frenchie introduced herself right when I walked in and made me feel welcome. I was offered water/ a beverage a few times throughout my appointment and my comfort was prioritized. You all were so flexible when I needed help taking my braids down and very gentle and kind throughout the process. Recommendations were made on how I should care for my hair moving forward, without making me feel pressured to spend more money than what I was comfortable with. I left happy with my hair and I'm looking forward to having my hair cared for at Hair Vice in the future.
