• Because James was amazing and smoothed over the issues we ran into with the receptionist with the blonde corn rows, who was incredibly rude and nasty, told me and my daughter that we weren't as important as long-time guests, and then cancelled my daughter's hair appointment bc we came ten minutes late due to getting lost, even though she said we would still be seen. James handled it all smoothly, fit my daughter in between appointments and gave us both absolutely amazing haircuts. I cannot say enough good things about him and am so blessed to have met him.
