• I mentioned during shampooing that "product" put on my hair made it a greasy mess within hours of leaving the shop. This includes cream rinses and other stuff. I get home and I cannot even get a comb through my hair! I had to wash it next day. I do NOT want anything besides shampoo in my hair! In dry climates, I use cream rinse/conditioner prn! C Romine

• The appointment was easy to schedule, I was offered a drink while waiting, I was taken back right on time. Brittiany asked questions and listened to what I wanted. Getting a curly girl cut is always worrisome, but she made it simple. I left with beautifully styled, non-frizzy curls! She suggested products, but did not push them on me - very much appreciated!
