• I choose that score because I had a great experience. Due to the amount of hair I have, I have been given half assed hair just because it takes so long to do and felt bad because the stylist would complain while doing it and been given haircuts that don't take my hair texture or face shape into consideration and James really make sure all my hair was done properly even though it took him forever and he didn't make me feel as if I was a burden
