• I wasn't initially satisfied! But after I voiced my issue, the salon owner contacted me. She offered me an apology and a service for free. That alone let me know that she cared about her clients, her brand and not just the money. She's very professional and we don't get that alot in the African American community, especially in salons. I truly appreciate that from her!
