• I chose that score because when I showed up, the lady assigned to me was not only informative; she gave me an honest consultation & also worked with me to see what products I could and couldn't use being that I'm a vegan. I usually am nervous when it comes to entering a new place that doesn't have vegan supplies, because I feel as if I'm being annoying, however Gina was really patient and considerate. She even left a note on my account to not use specific products in my hair besides the vegan keratin. The rates were fair and my stay was very pleasant, I also like that it was neat and clean:)
