I love Giana! She is a great colorist and Dante is amazing with customer service. The salon is not very clean . It's being cleaned by your personnel instead of a cleaning service that does a deep cleaning. And the decor is a little too passé a cleaner look would be nicer. You have good people working for you but need to improve things. For example the water in the hair washing stations is either too cold or too hot!, and it splashes all over your face. Sorry but it needs TLC from owner
