Howie is great!! I love his work and his personality! Although I do have a MAJOR complaint. i asked for a few samples to stick away for vacation. *they were in vases behind the desk* and there was a whole thing where the person at the desk had to ask the manager lady and then she wanted to know if it was it my first time there before she would let me have them. not only do i got to the salon regularly, my mom buys a *ton* of products for me from hairbar (i get at least 3 dry conditioners at a time) i don't expect the lady to know that but the whole thing was weird. i was almost embarrassed for her when she did it in front of me, a customer (and former spa/salon consultant and director)
