Starting with the receptionist who answered the phone and was incredibly polite, sweet, helpful. There were no available appointments when I called, she called me back that there was a cancellation. By far from appointment to check in when I got there she was stellar. I was impressed how young she was with such a strong, professional command of the salon and work ethic. Howie was my stylist and was very friendly, concerned about my comfort with the water temperature and pressure when he shampooed my hair. He also did an amazing job on my blowout and wavy style for a party I was going to last night. Seriously was impressed by everything including the beautiful salon and the cleanliness of it! I'm a picky New Yorker who has always followed my stylist from Frederic Fekkai and currently to John Barrett salon!! Thank you
