• As always Elizabeth is great. But this time I waited 33 mins before my turn. Jenna volunteered to wash my hair because Elizabeth was busy with A client. Later I learned that they put another client at my time. I know things happen and sometimes we can't control But I hope if I ever need to cancel at last minute or if I am late anytime ( which I never been) they have the same consideration and understanding that I had this time.
