• I really had a great experience. The keratin process went quick not like in other salons where they have many more clients at a time and tend to forget to come back to their own client. I felt like things were moving fast and i was out of there exactly at the time that they said they will finish. the place was nice and calm. The only downside in my opinion, is that i felt that both my hair stylest and the cash register at the front desk(at the other store) were both not genuine. As much as i was nice to them, there stil was a distance in their personality. They tried selling me the products and telling me how great it was for their own hair and i was able to tell from their body language (eyes up and rolling) that they were not saying the truth. Other than that i really enjoyed the experience and will be comming again. Just thought to be honest and say what i really felt at that visit so my next experience will be best!
