• The front desk staff rescheduled me last minute and somehow fit me in with excellent customer service (unlike most places in Gainesville). The atmosphere is soothing and clean and refreshing. Faith, as always, was amazing! She's sweet, super friendly and makes magic with hair. She picked the perfect cut and color for me with very little help from me. This was my first time with Madison. She seemed friendly and courteous and I like the results. Thank you! I don't get to visit as often as I'd like with two young children, but I highly recommend Haile Village Spa!!!
