• I was very satisfied with my haircut, I absolutely loved it! And the only reason I choose a 9 rather than 10 is because I was disappointed with the hair treatment I got. First of all I didn't really notice a difference, and for almost $40 for it wasn't worth it at all, seemed like I could have done that at home. I thought it was a heated treatment to really lock in moisture and shine but it wasn't.. it was no different that just getting a shampoo. Also I'm used to getting a much more enjoyable shampoo/ massage experience.. Loved the haircut though!!!
