• The studio was very clean and all equipments were neatly stacked and disinfected after each use. All Covid protocol and Play book was followed correctly. The instructor ( Eleanor ) was very competent , she planned her class with the best all over body workout , her instruction is clear and timely. Her encouragement and remembering everyone's name. I have recommended many friends to try out.
