• I love your classes and your instructors. I really appreciate that they are always attentive and correcting me when I'm doing something wrong. The classes are for me the best ones to get in shape and increase your physical condition!! Can't recommend them enough!!

• Eleanor is an excellent trainer who gives very clear and precise instructions. She explains the moves and the muscles being targeted and is always encouraging regulars to make "progressions".
