To begin with, someone actually answered my phone call. I spoke with Josh, who answered all of my questions before I could even ask them . He was never pushy, and seemed genuinely interested in my situation.
My next contact was with Christina. She kept in touch with us, and when she came to do my husbands assessment, she was kind, attentive, answered all of our questions and we never felt like she was in a hurry, but took her time asking questions and assessing my husband . We never felt any pressure to sign up on the spot. She asked us to think things over, and she'd get back to us.
I just felt that this was more than just a business, that these people were generally interested in your well being.
