• Guided hands is amazing, and Tracy is incredible. They have an expert knowledge of their craft, and provide helpful tips to keep you feeling great. I had atightened muscle that was causing sever back and hip pain, and Tracy worked it out perfectly. No more pain. I have gone to several therapists in Charlotte, andI will be returning regularly to Guided Hands.
