• My kids just love Parkour. They can't wait for Monday's. As parents, we love the whole ethos of Guardian Defence. It is so supportive and the trainers very skilled but not over-the-top in their approach. It seems the perfect balance of challenge and making the kids feel like they can achieve.

• Mixture of non-victim blaming and true empowerment to give a wide spectrum of usable skills in a supportive environment. Also? You won over two teens who are often anxious and non-participatory. Cannot thank you enough, will never be able to recommend you enough and will be booking the teens into more (and passes for their Christmas presents).
