My last yoga practice was hot yoga, with Eric. As always, Eric was professional, humorous, and inspiring, and instructed an excellent, well-rounded practice. The theme was, "change some of your daily routines ", such as crossing your other leg when sitting and starting off on your other foot when walking - small changes can mix things up and be good for you - take you out of a rut. Eric demonstrated this by having us face the back during class, which we rarely do. It felt awkward and that was the whole point! I highly recommend Grounded Studios for yoga!
