I always enjoy Deb’s classes. She likes to switch things up, so no two classes are alike. Deb is always very welcoming, and she is very supportive of her yogis.

Very nice location, love the inside, well ventilated. The only downside that I have seen so far is classes are a bit short for muay thai. Longer class would be awesome
My son had so much fun at Ariks party, he wants to try a few lessons! The staff were very engaging with the kids and had patience for all the kindergartens that attended. The only issue why it was a 9 was the location was tricky to find while driving for the first time going there. Great experience over-all
