Noon Hatha yoga with Vicky was wonderful !! I love listening to her voice in class. Vicky always creates a beautiful flow from beginning to end that rejuvenates the body mind and soul🧘♀️💚🪷
My instructor Julie was fantastic, the class size was small so there was lots of room for everyone, I felt very welcomed by staff 😊
