We have been a member for a number of years. We enjoy the friendliness and professionalness of the owners and all the staff. The yoga work out is always from head to toe.

Grounded has a great inclusive group of guys and gals that make me feel welcomed. I enjoy the learning and the exercise I get with every class. I feel better mentally and physically.
