I've booked in for Friday morning Chair Yoga. I've spoken to my neighbor, Linda Gravelle. She may not be able to come until the fall.
The instructors are pleasant and considerate and I always feel better after my particular type of yoga session than I did before I participated in the yoga. The environment is also pleasant and relaxing.
