I am always greeted with a friendly smile, the classes are just right, challenging but not over the top and the instructors provide a great deal of variety so I'll never get bored.
The staff and owners are all so positive, inclusive and warm. The atmosphere you create from the minute I walk through your doors, warms my soul. The classes are always changing and always invigorating. Grounded is the best yoga studio I have ever attended. I always feel 100 percent better - physically and mentally- when I leave
