I love the birthday parties at Grounded. They take care of everything and the parents just get to enjoy it. Also the kids sleep so well after running around like crazy.
I’ve had the privilege to trained in many mma gyms across the province of Ontario and Quebec. I can say, without a doubt, that Grounded sits at the very top when it comes to overall experience. The owners are educated and personable, while its members act like family. I have the utmost respect for Adam and his wife as I understand the struggles of small businesses especially during a pandemic. I wish this committed duo nothing but the best as they sure deserve it!
