I decided to go out of my comfort zone and try a class solo after participating in beer yoga with some girl friends! I needed to find something for me! Some place to clear my head with an extremely busy lifestyle! And just like that I have! From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with kind smiles and a tour around the place! My first class was with Erik! And wow! Hot yoga is where it's at! He makes you feel so comfortable even as a newbie! He was kind, soothing, and extremely sweet. I have since purchased a ten pass and by the looks of it I will be doing so again very soon! Thank you Erik for making my experience a huge success! I look forward to your class every week!
Comprehensive staff, the class wasn't intimidating and the instructions during class were clear.
We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked in to the time we left. The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. My son and I both felt very welcome in the studio.
