My entire experience from when I first interacted with the front desk staff until I left was thoroughly enjoyable. Friendly staff, a helpful and informative instructor who offered numerous options for different skill levels, and clean, comfortable facilities. I'll be back!
This one was a little tough. Kim's mic wasn't working, on and off, for a good portion of the class. So when it wasn't working, and she was verbally instructing vs physically instructing, if I had missed the initial instructions at the beginning of the pose, I ended up being totally lost. I couldn't see the others at home to see what they were doing either. I had to improvise. This is the first time this has happened EVER, but thought I'd pass it along
