Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Hot yoga was the first class I tried , Leslie was a awesome yoga instructor, loved her guidance through the sessions and felt absolutely blissful after her class. I can't wait to get back to the grounded studio!

While I was doing the yoga it reminded me of how much I miss doing yoga and meditation. The amount of self-reflection that one undergoes from disconnecting from the problems in our everyday lives is liberating. I want to get back into it now!
