Very welcoming and nice facilities... yoga instructor was really good ... it was a good experience . I wished I had more time to do other classes. Just a suggestion... it would be a good idea to do an introduction for the NB community that never did martial arts or yoga... it could be unlimited for the month... cost could be 65$ for the
Month... just an idea:) Exploration ... that attracts clientele...
This may seem like a small thing, but I love that there are no mirrors in your yoga studio. It's not just this that helps me focus on my practice either. The mindful lighting, music, knowledge, experience and attitudes of instructors all help me to feel like Grounded Studios is a safe space for me to practice yoga. And I'm always happy to tell others because no other studio has ever made me feel so comfortable.
Great staff, VERY clean facility
It's a great environment, with great people. My kids have lots of fun and love going.
