The facility and the equipment are awesome. The staff are great, very friendly and welcoming. The coaching and classes are very effective and well planned out. And I like the open gym concept, just come and go as you please!

Both of my kids really liked their sessions. Because they are heavily involved in other sports as well (particularly soccer and basketball) we want to see what their fall schedules will be like before signing up for further boxing sessions.
