Regardless of the day I've had previous to class, every time I leave GLY I feel energized. I've never been disappointed whether it's an upbeat hot vin or a smooth and mellow slow burn class. I love challenging myself mentally and physically and decimating an hour to myself and just breathing.
It was fun and challenging and that's hard to combine in a workout but it was possible through the yoga session
