It's always a first class act! The class was crowded, though. I would suggest adding another morning class on Sundays during the winter months. I think it would fill up!

Well, normally I am not able to go to yoga on Fridays because I babysit our grandchildren. However today it just worked out. I've heard from other yogis that Tessa is amazing and she plays great music too. I quickly discovered that today, as she lead our class. Wishing very much that Tessa was able to teach more classes.
