Warm and welcoming when I first arrived. I would've liked to see more options for Sat/Sun but I understand people need a good work/life balance. Also, as a first time client, I would've liked a little more concern for those "newbies" that may need a bit more guidance in the first class or two. Nonetheless, cant wait for tonight's class!

Just such an awesome experience every time I’m there. The instructor guides with great clarity and expression.
I always enjoy my yoga class. It is my “me “ time.
The instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to make the class beneficial to the students.
I enjoy the atmosphere. I love the guided practice for my body and I am really beginning to hear the mind portion of the practice. Thank you
