The instructor was great and I love practicing with the music loud. She pushed us to discover our limits and work hard for it. It was an excellent workout and I loved the flows

Atmosphere is calming. Tessa was warm and welcoming. I enjoyed her thoughtfulness and instruction during class.
Wonderful directives, easy to follow, very supportive
I liked that there were people at all different skill levels and it did not feel like a judgemental atmosphere. The music is great and the instructors voice is soothing.
