• I have been to Grazia before for pedicures and hair removal, but this was my first massage. As always the front desk staff was lovely and Kate P was my massage therapist. I really enjoyed having my head wrapped in a warm towel during the session - I have never had that anywhere else before and it helped me relax even more. I also liked the heated blanket on the table. Kate was very knowledgeable and gave me feedback after the session as to how to help my body. I also appreciated at the end how I wasn't pressured to buy a package or anything.
