• I wasn't sure what to expect from the experience and the staff member explained it really well, gave me a great run down on everything, gave advice on breathing and how to focus on a meditative state. It was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. The actual float was great, just an hour of relaxation without other thoughts or distractions.
