• Oksana Aston did a wonderful job leading our class. The class met the description and I left feeling at peace. I usually practice yoga at home with an occasional hot yoga class here and there. Recently I've gone through a challenging phase in life and fell out of my practice. This class was what I needed to return inward and start my healing journey, again. For myself yoga has been more of a spiritual practice and Oksana's class gave me the guidance needed to return to something my soul was yearning for. I'm grateful for having found this class and will start to incorporate it into my schedule.
