• It was my first time at the studio and Kristin Smith was my instructor. She gave me background on where Pilates, the science behind it, and the reward of the practice for the whole body. Everything she had me do was explained in a clear and detailed manner, making sure I understood each step. She was very conscious of my limitations and helped me to go a bit further than I thought I could. The whole process amazed me. Afterward, the owner Shannon showed me around the studio and explained all the different exercises and practices available. It is a beautiful space and has so much to offer anyone interested in strengthening and so much more. I felt hopeful and better even after just one session and the whole staff was so friendly and helpful!
