• The Restorative Yoga class with Kavitha was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had. She skillfully guided us to breathe and relax deeply. I didn't want the class to end. I'll be back. I would name the class Happy Hour because it's Friday at 5:00 pm like happy hour bar specials. 😂 Elena

• I attended at 10:30 Saturday. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable with sequences that really built on one another. Her less is more reminders bring you to a more advanced practice of body awareness.
