• Anna and Natalie were so nice! Natalie's class was exactly what I was looking for. The flow of the class was great with the postures and transitions. You could make them harder or easier and everyone there were all at different levels. And I always love a cold pepermint cloth at the end and given plenty of time at the end ♥️

• Kavitha's classes encourage me to explore yoga in a way I have not previously considered. Like other Grace teachers, she encourages us to do our best, as long as it doesn't hurt.
