• The atmosphere is so welcoming! The teachers are friendly and encouraging. And it's a peaceful place. I literally felt at peace walking in the door. And I knew I had to experience this more often. Not only is this practice for my physical health, but for my emotional and mental health. Which is absolutely necessary for where I am in my life.
